After the snow came the twister. Or well it rained a lot. We almost kind of sorta had a thunderstormish thing one day.

We started making the two large cloches for the early plants in March. Nice 8' x 12' footers. If they survive the wind, it would be nice.

We started the early plants in late March... This fine young baby is the 848 Mackenzie squash, oh and this is "Hers"

You guessed it, this is "His" Will these early plants make it is the question. Oh this is also an 848 Mackenzie. The 900 Lyons germinated, but is suffering from 'I don't really want to grow cause I am too darn old' blues.

One of our early cloches, "Hers" got frosted pretty bad, may not pull through. So she planted a 953 Hester and a 684 Hester as backups.
