Fighting to hang on. Last chance of the 2015 season � Sunday, September 6 View Page 2015 Season ended Saturday evening after my last melon for the season had stopped growing. It was off the 296 Barbee plant from her 2014 melon and was open pollinated. It taped 184.5 and weighed 179lbs. I was hoping to be able to keep it to weigh in at Yadkin Valley. On the bottom, it had a small star shaped crack which would have DQ'ed it.
