Vineman, Ken, we set the lots in the system settings. It's an Apple computer. In the keyboard settings, we assign the functions (lot 1), and the auction text appears automatically. There's no need to copy and paste. You do it the day before, and then in the auction, you just have to enter the lot number followed by the letter L.
