I had plywood with mill fabric and sand under the pumpkin and it still got a concaved bottom. � Thursday, September 24 View Page Her it is on 9/17. It was still gaining 5# a day at 89 dap. The back was damaged by sparrows when it was about ten days old. I had spider mites and the bird pecked the leafs to eat them and in turn the pumpkin and the next one in half. So if the birds are eating your leafs spray for mites. � Thursday, September 24 View Page Here is the only other one I took to a weigh off in 2012. It weighed 846 but was ruled damaged.
