Sh###t...would have been a personal best. Oh well, there's always next year! Sunday, October 7 View Page Elk Grove Pumpkin Contest, CA--My little pumpkin weighed in at 403.5 pds. Was surprised at how many of the "big" growers didn't come in at higher weights. Maybe they are saving the bigges for Half Moon Bay? Picss to follow. Friday, October 12 View Page Elk Grove Pumpkin Festival Weigh-Off 2012 with my smaller 'kin: 403.5 pounds. The other was about 535 pounds, but got a split...oh well, that's the breaks.
