I decided to grow the 1248 Ford in my primary pumpkin patch behind my house. I decided this since I am having a competition with my sister to see which one of us can grow the largest pumpkin using the same seed. I am already planning on what I can do with the $50 I will win. In my neighbors yard I am going to grow the 1333 Connolly and the 1302 Zuhlke. Wednesday, April 23 View Page These are my backup seeds. I think I will hold on to the 1011 sperry and plant the 1177 Conley and 1107 Pugh in about a week Wednesday, April 23 View Page to start the seeds I use the same method as Jim Beauchemin. I used this method last year and have had a 100% success rate. Thursday, April 24 View Page here is my soil test that recieved today. It's not as good as I was hoping but I will have to see what I can do to salvage the season. Also what is recommended to use to get rid of this.
