Our primary fundraiser again this this year is our seed sale. Special thanks to: Kevin Snyder, Craig Sandvik, Russ Landry, Phil Hunt, Gerry Cavanagh, Arnold Vader, Dave Pitura, & John Vincent For supplying the seeds for this years sale. Last year we raised over $1000 for club expenses and prize money. We hope this year will be equally successful.

We also started Giant Tomatoes, Giant Sunflowers, Giant Watermelons, long gourds, and a few other giant varieties, All the plants that were started look great. Tonight we held a meeting at John Vincent's place. We discussed training vines, brewing of compost tea, and we also looked at Hoop house construction. We also discussed soil samples and the importance of good soil. John took us for a tour of his patch, and shared some of his secrets of the trade with us. After the meeting we went to Matt Rabbi's greenhouse to pick up starter plants that were grown in their greenhouses.
