HELP!!!.... If anyone can give me some insight on what might be happening here that would be great!!, My pumpkin plant 679.6 vincent 06 has gone from growing like a weed till about 2 weeks ago ( when I set first pumpkin) currently at day 20 growing well. I noticed last week some yellowing of the older leafs by the stump and its been getting worse daily now a good chunk of the leafs on the plant are yellowing and dieing off even the newer younger leafs are blotching yellow ... what is going on here.... i havent added ANY fertilizer this year besides some 10-10-10 a few weeks back... ive been spraying weekly a very light solution of ambush ( lighter then it calls for on box) so its not that.... any ideas plant ws growing great fruit is growing great no signs of svb in vines yet just see them flying around with cuke beetles
I have some stuff called IRON GREEN should i add it or what you think is going on?
thanks

Found a small split on the stem end of the pumpkin on the 679..... OK OK... I'm tired of calling it the 679... sorry John... The fruit is now called the Bosch :-). which is on the 679 vincent o6!! starting to get some color as well, lots of rain and lots of nice hot summer days will cause this i guess!! put some garden sulphure over the wound ( note NOT all the way threw) Not expecting a hudge one but its currently my BP ever grown so i am happy whatever it grows too, Ive learned allot over the past 5 or so years and each year keeps getting better .

Took some measurements today useing 2005 BP.COM how too measurements here is what I got 88+67+66 = 207 ott= 197 lbs.... thought she looked much heavier but I am still happy with these results, plant today is looking like PM is winning the battle will spray garden sulphur again this week and see what happens.. if I lose the plant this month I will still be happy with a fruit over 200 lbs learned allot this year and now have the proper product to keep these bugs at bay so next year till be better who knows plant isnt dead yet so a 500 lber is possbible ( in my dreams ) LOL but will keep posting.
