Here is my over kill line up, as I have a lot of old unproven seeds I thought I would use some as I never do plant proper back ups and this has killed me many times befor. I will plant first line on April 25 and the back ups will be planted 1 week latter. Main plants I hope will be 1010 Frantz and 800 Neily pending no mutations or accidents.
Anyone Crazy for one of these other seeds let me know before there planted.

I have started to really try and speed up my plant now with a few tricks. Also today i used some damping off fungicide as this is what killed me last year.
As for my sunflower I only have 2 that germinated (seeds were old) and of course they are side by side. at this point there first set of leaves are fully developed.
I forgot to mention that I owe Will Neily a thank you for a spare 800 Neily squash he gave me to replace my dead one. Your a good guy Neily thanks again.

I classify myself as a heavey swinger (not hitter) that is to say I put all my efforts behind one swing (pumpkin). This method will usually end you with nothing but if I connect look out lookajook your canadian record between us is going down hard.

Here's my son Kodi's pumpkin. It is a 412 Turner plant that came up late from his direct planting it were I could not keep plants alive. He comes out with me every day asking what he can do to his plant. I've showed him how to prune it properly and check the stem for stress, which he does. Although his pumpkin is older than mine I can't quit get ahead of his as it's starting to grow pretty well. I thought I would have passed him 3 day's ago but he is still head of his old man lol.

Good news bad again. Today is day 5 of sun shine and not rain for my girl. But this morning she had a blossum end split. Thankfully it was merely a flesh wound and did not penatrate to the centre. I scraped the edge's of the wound to get juice to fill it in then I silliconed her in. There was no apparent reason why she split until I notice how she was hanging over her sand bed. I quickly rectified that but this will be my last ott for quit some time. Day 17 c=75" Ott = 189.5" = 154.0lbs
