Having issues with my long gourd. Sprung a leak down near the tip and looked like it was bleeding. Got that stopped but she�s either starting to dry out or the tip is going bad. Still very solid but definitely getting discolored. Approx 140�

Changed my growing strategy this year by allowing plants to get big and then topping after fruit set. Didn�t help. Tomatoes still small. Biggest so far was 4.5 pounds. This one not even 4 pounds.

Melon stem is brown and basically done growing at this point. Weighoff less than 2 weeks away. Fingers crossed. I do believe the state record is a possibility but we�ll see. Trying not to get my hopes up.

Taping over 300 pounds at this point but the biggest cc is real close to the ground and she�s pretty much shaped like a triangle so guessing she will go light. Still a great BG for 180 sqft plant.
