the plant looking a little ragged with all of the heat and a little chemical burn but all it has to do is make it to the Kenosha weigh off in early Sept.

2027 haist was there but before I left for vac. it was growing on the blossom end and I did not shift it enough I guess got back tried to adjust it more but found it had pushed the blossom end in and it had a soft spot , it had an outy for a blossom , so will scrap the plant and hope foe the best with 2255

15 days later she is a growing good and if it keeps a growing I might sneak it in as a watermelon 34 inches long and 9 1/2 wide , it does look a lot bigger in person

the plant is not very big ,have not had to terminate much at all ,unlike the 384 terry plant it is 3 times the size and had a tough time getting one started

the 150 sq. ft. pumpkin is out of the hospital and in to the compost pile , which means I have no pumpkin to enter, will do this again next year
