Wednesday, May 7 View Page Planted seed on the 2nd of May in half-gallon plastic pots with bottom removed and flipped so previous top is now bottom with holes poked in the lid for drainage. It helps so there is no interruption of the planting ball and all roots and soil are completely intact. 1231.3 Pukos 1242 Chambers 1279 Wallace 1306 Jutras 1566 Rodonis 1689 Jutras May 5th 3 seed are up. First the 1566 which is continuing to fluorish. It will go into hill #1, 1689 second. The 1306 right along with the 1689. Others are cracking soil but slowly. The 1566, 1689 and 1306 are under grow lights. Repaired fence and setting up electric fence around all three patches. Two patches will rest other than corn and/or tomatoes peppers and onions. Kinda Sucks...lol Most ammendments added to soil i.e. Kelp Meal 50# for 1500 sq.ft., Humic acid 50#, Gypsum 40#. Add molasses, fish fert, micros and Iron (needed), Imidacloprid and I'm set to transplant when the weather cooperates. Maybe tomorrow!?
