Lost the 1080.6 Hunt 10, it rotted in the shell. :-(
Not sure why as I started all seeds exactly the same at the same time.
At least I have a backup for it. :-) The 896.5 McMillan 11 (1677.5 Hunt 09 X 1725 Harp 09) will take it's place.

Here's a good use for a Field pumpkin: give chunks of the fruit to the crafters! We had a Craft Fair in October up here in my neck of the woods. Most of the crafters (and some of the shoppers) happily took a chunk of Jack home with them!

You still have time for that "Oh, it's perfect!" gift. I make these sturdy, wooden kid's rockers when I'm not growing the big ones. Rockers are fantastic for that 2 to 6-year-old little angel or future grower; solid half-inch thick wood; and washable!
