The season has begun for me. I started the 873 Larue 09 and the 919 Richards on April 20th.

Pumpkin patch all tilled and ready to go. The sprinkler system is in place, cold frames go up tomorrow. The 873 Larue is up and doing good. The 919 Richards is up and ready to lose the shell. Nothing yet on the 275 VanHook.

All plants are doing great. They made the transplanting into the cold frames without any problems.

The wind is sure picking up here. I have the cold frames secured, I just hope the reebar that I used to anchor them down will be enough to hold them down.

Plants are looking good. The 919 Richard is getting its 4th leaf now. The 873 Larue looking good as well, I am concerned about it though, as it seems to be growing straight up. Will water it good, and see if I can bring it out of it.

Fed the plants tonight with some 18-18-21. I also weeded the patch and inside the cold frames. Both plants are nice and healthy. I am excited for this season, last year I didnt care.

Both plants are doing great. They have a 6 ft main vine, and both have a pumpkin at the tips. Only two plants make weeding much easier.

Both plants looking good, sprayed with a systemic last night, and fed miracle grow tonight. Need to buy some kelp and fish. Took a pumpkin off tonight on a side vine of the Larue plant, it was a nice shape and had 5 lobes.

I got lucky and found a male off the 919 Richards last night, I hope it was enough for the 5 lobed femaled on the 873 Larue. Only time will tell now. 873 x 919
